YOU MATTER. Why do we find it so easy to keep commitments with our friends, family, and animals (shout-out to my kitties!) but we constantly blow off the ones we try and make with ourselves? We then pretend these broken promises are acts of selflessness when really they are just dressed up cop-outs.
It is SO important to follow through with all commitments - diet, exercise routine, or self care practice.
Treat yourself like you do a friend and stay committed. . because why not?
