Dragon Fruit is one of nature’s most unique and colorful plants. Also known as Pitaya, this bright pink cactus-like plant originates from the Americas, but it looks like it’s from another planet. The dragon fruit pairs well with many smoothies because of its mildly sweet taste and watery texture. It’s also rich in magnesium, iron, fiber, and antioxidants. When you prepare a Dragon Fruit, slice it lengthwise, then again in quarters. It’s easy to peel the skin away and savor the white part and the seeds – make sure you discard any of the tough pink parts.

1 cup of dragonfruit

1/4 frozen banana

Goji + Coconut + Acai Blender Bomb

1 cup of water

1 tbsp peanut butter

2 tbsp Bomb Butter

1 handful spinach

BLEND 30 seconds

2 handfuls ice

BLEND 45 seconds
