The Peanut Butter Lovah smoothie pairs the powerhouse flavors of chocolate and peanut butter from natural flavors of cacao powder and peanuts. When using cacao powder, be aware that a little goes a long way. Just a couple of teaspoons of cacao powder will inject your smoothie with natural antioxidants, bitter chocolate flavors, and other beneficial nutrients. We’ve also read that cacao powder has been known to reduce stress and improve your mood! That’s why we call it the “Lovah”!

1 Frozen Banana

1 Cacao + Peanut Butter Blender Bomb

2 tbsp Bomb Butter

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 handful ice

1/2 cup nut milk or water

BLEND 30 seconds

2-3 handfuls ice

BLEND 60 seconds
