“My mission began after I gained an unwelcome 30 lbs (oops!) countered with fad diets, and exhausted myself with two-a-day workouts. Determined to find a healthy diet that I could maintain, I consulted with a physician and began having a daily smoothie filled with healthy ingredients like nuts, seeds and dates.
Finally - I found balance through replacing one meal a day with a Blender Bombs smoothie and practicing an 80x20 plant-based lifestyle (80% plants, 20% whatever). In order to be able to share my success with others, I began rolling Blender Bombs in my kitchen and selling them to friends and personal training clients. Today Blender Bombs has grown to include a full line of nutritious, smoothie-boosting products with flavor options for every taste.”

The base ingredients of all the Blender Bombs are the same, which is why they all have a similar nutritional profile. These base ingredients include: chia seeds, almonds, hemp seeds, flax seeds, walnuts, pecans, dates, local honey, cinnamon, and vanilla bean.
There’s a huge difference! Most power bars are laced with unnatural ingredients, chemicals, protein powders, and preservatives. Whereas Blender Bombs are made with all real ingredients – no fake stuff added. Also, most energy bites are 70% dates and oats and 30% nuts/seeds. Not only that, but a lot of them are full of brown rice syrup or agave, which is definitely not HXH approved. The BBs are 70% nuts and seeds, and about 30% dates to bind the omega-3s together, add natural sweetness, and make your life easier. This perfect fiber, fat, and protein blend is what allows the BB smoothie to be a meal replacement, because the BBs are more calorie dense and keep you fuller longer!
Yes, the Blender Bombs are lab-tested Gluten-Free. However if you’re celiac, just know they are made in a facility that contains gluten products.
It's simple! Start with 1 Blender Bomb, add your choice of frozen fruit + greens + nut milk or water + nut butter (optional) = BLEND it up and BOOM. The best dang smoothie you've ever had. The back of each BB box has a recipe, but you can check out specific recipes here.
It is a flat fee of $5 for one item, and $6.50 for 2 or more boxes.
They are made at a Co-Packing facility in Charlotte, NC and Marietta, GA.
Every order comes with a tracking number that is sent to your email when your order ships. If you still cannot find your order, shoot me an email at heyhey@blenderbombs.com and we will get it all figured out! Be sure to give about 5-7 days for shipping.

Yes, Because our products are made with real foods, without preservatives and other chemicals, the foods can go bad and mold. It’s important that you store the Bombs in a cool and dry location (pantry or fridge). They are best consumed within 30 days, but are shelf stable for up to 6 months!
Many of our customers are pregnant or nursing but many Blender Bomb products do contain honey and bee pollen (original, pb cacao, and coffee) so we always recommend asking your doctor first!
Absolutely! We recommend storing your smoothie in a yeti cup/tumbler to keep the consistency.
