Helen Hall is passionate about helping people achieve their health and wellness goals through food, mindset, and inspiration - which is why she founded Blender Bombs in 2017. With the help of her amazing team, Blender Bombs are now available to virtually everyone in the United States through Amazon, Whole Foods, Costco, Walmart and dozens of other retailers. Soon after Blender Bombs found success, she went on to start Hustle Smoothie Bar, 80X20 Market and Tipsy Spritzers. With each company, she has kept health and wellness as the forefront of their mission statements. Helen says, “I want to be able to look back and know that my products impacted people in a positive way and made it easier for people to eat more plants.”
“My mission began after I gained an unwelcome 30 lbs (oops!) countered with fad diets, and exhausted myself with two-a-day workouts. Determined to find a healthy diet that I could maintain, I consulted with a physician and began having a daily smoothie filled with healthy ingredients like nuts, seeds and dates.
Finally - I found balance through replacing one meal a day with a Blender Bombs smoothie and practicing an 80x20 plant-based lifestyle (80% plants, 20% whatever). In order to be able to share my success with others, I began rolling Blender Bombs in my kitchen and selling them to friends and personal training clients. Today Blender Bombs has grown to include a full line of nutritious, smoothie-boosting products with flavor options for every taste.”

What makes the BB’s different than other energy bites or power bars on the market?
There’s a huge difference! Most power bars are laced with unnatural ingredients, chemicals, protein powders, and preservatives. Whereas Blender Bombs are made with all real ingredients – no fake stuff added. Also, most energy bites are 70% dates and oats and 30% nuts/seeds. Not only that, but a lot of them are full of brown rice syrup or agave, which is definitely not HXH approved. The BBs are 70% nuts and seeds, and about 30% dates to bind the omega-3s together, add natural sweetness, and make your life easier. This perfect fiber, fat, and protein blend is what allows the BB smoothie to be a meal replacement, because the BBs are more calorie dense and keep you fuller longer!
Are BBs gluten free?
Yes, the Blender Bombs are lab-tested Gluten-Free. However if you’re celiac, just know they are made in a facility that contains gluten products.
Can I use a BB as a meal replacement by itself?
Yes! Many people eat the BBs naked. If you eat 2, 3 or 4 BBs as a meal replacement, that is totally fine too.
How do I make a BB Smoothie?
Simple! Start with 1 BB, then add 1 cup of fruit + 1 cup greens + 2 tbsp Bomb Butter + 1/2 to 1 cup of water + 2 cups of ice = BLEND it up = BB smoothie. The back of each BB box has a recipe, but you can check out specific recipes here
